SUBJECT: FREE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n RULES:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 1-<\/strong> The Contest is organized by Alanya Tourism&Promotion Foundation<\/strong> and it is open to the cartoonists worldwide.<\/span><\/p>\n 2-<\/strong> The works contributed to this contest may have been published before; however, they should not have received any prize in any type of contest.<\/span><\/p>\n 3-<\/strong> The technique and quantity of works are free. However, all works must be original. All works submitted whether they are given a prize or not can be used or published in cultural activities. On the other hand the copyright in commercial usage is belonged to the artist.
