The 5th of Alanya International Stone Sculpture Symposium started.Prof. Dr. Ferit \u00d6z\u015fen, Canan S\u00f6nmezda\u011f, Evrim K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, Y\u0131ld\u0131z T\u00fclek, Nihat Sabahat from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University,Florin Strejac from Romania,Gales Kessidis from Greece,Giorgie Cpajak from Italy,Jiang Chu from China and Victor Kopach from Belarus participated to the symposium.<\/p>\n
The opening ceremony was done by Alanya mayor Hasan Sipahio\u011flu.The sculptors will give shape to the stones until 3 December at the area behind the Town Hall.<\/p>\n
112 FOREIGN AND 28 TURK SCULPTORS APPLIED.
Alanya Mayor Hasan Sipahio\u011flu told that there were 140 sculptors applied to the symposium.He also added that they wanted to make Alanya’s promotion with the artistic works done during one month.<\/p>\n
